The Kaalvoet Villa occupies the entire first floor and sleeps 8 to 10 guests across four en-suite bedrooms. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a double SMEG stove, fridge/freezer and separate scullery with dishwasher and washing machine. Generous open-plan living and dining areas create an easy space for relaxed family time or entertaining, while the indoor braai and fireplace make cooler evenings especially inviting. Outside, the deck is perfectly positioned to enjoy Yzerfontein’s sunsets and the surrounding coastal landscape.

On the ground floor, the Kaalvoet Apartments comprise three luxury suites, Fynbos, Seashells and Ocean, which can be booked individually or combined. Together, they accommodate between 2 and 8 guests and offer a clever setup for groups wanting both privacy and shared living space. With the interlinking doors open, the suites function as one larger three-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday home.

For two guests, the Fynbos suite includes its own self-catering living area and kitchen, while Seashells and Ocean can be added for additional guests at an extra charge.

Guests also enjoy complimentary DSTV, high-speed WiFi, braai facilities and secure on-site parking. Daily cleaning is not included but can be arranged in advance at an additional cost.
