About Amanda Marinus

I am Amanda Marinus, the director and principal of Property Eagles since 2017. I’ve held my FFC license for 36 years and hold qualifications in NQF Level 4 and Level 5. My professional journey began in 1985 when I founded GreenHouse Insurance (Pty) Ltd. For many years, I also served as the personal assistant to my late husband, a chartered accountant, while managing his company in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. After his passing in 2015, I transitioned to Cape Town in 2016 to join Pieter Swart at Itakane Training Academy, and together, we built something remarkable. In 2017, recognizing a need in the industry, we founded Property Eagles. Since then, we’ve continued to expand. Through Itakane and Property Eagles, we have successfully trained over 6,000 real estate agents. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved, especially with the introduction of EagleBonds, our in-house bond division. Since Property Eagles was established, our in-house agents have been advancing to become full Property Practitioners one by one. Many are currently in the process of completing their qualifications, and we look forward to all of them being fully qualified soon. I also want to take a moment to thank my incredible team. Without your dedication and hard work, none of this would have been possible. I couldn’t have done it alone, and I truly appreciate all that you’ve contributed to our growth and success.
